Today my blog is about skirts, you must be thinking what can be new about it as we all wear and know about it, but i would like highlight some of the essential cuts, shapes, sizes and types which i am sure will help you further.
According to me and many more there are four types of body shapes – Apple, Banana, pear and Hourglass. So let us go ahead and see that what kind of skirt will be suitable or a perfect match for, which kind of body structure or shape.
Let us get into a bit of details……….
APPLE SHAPE :-
Women who are heavy on the top part of their body, like broad shoulders, busts or waist/stomach/belly and possess lean or skinny legs are an apple shape body structure, for them; suggest a skirt that is flared at the bottom of the skirt and flounces on your skirts to match up with your upper body hugging or sleek top to maintain, even if you’re wearing a knee length mini skirt.
BANANA SHAPE :-
There you go – if you have proper bust, waist line and firmed hips or rather say a proportionate body structure then you fall into this category get some skirts with great curves or enveloped be it mini, midi or long with proper patterns and uneven hemlines. A-line skirts or long skirts with ruffles will also look good with this kind of body shape, as it does with the other body shapes as well……
PEAR SHAPE :-
This kind of body shapes are mostly supposed to have a broad hip line as proportion to their body structure. A must kind is an A-line skirt, which i believe is specially designed for these kind of body shape. It gives you an attention to your whole body rather than anybody only talking about your hips only. No need to worry, you can also wear to your knee length or go for a full length, but avoid ruffles and pleats. Try go for self colors and not much of prints.
HOURGLASS SHAPE :-
People who are reading this blog can well understand the meaning of an hourglass shape. If your figure or body has almost the same proportion & size of your bust and hip, but only your waist line is thinner according to it, to give you an all total proportionate body structure then it means that you have an hourglass body shape. You should always go for skirts, which will give you a look of a proportionate body structure and not only your thin waist line. Like longer knee length pencil skirts, high slit skirts and make sure you wear them on your waist line and not on above it or stomach.
A- skirts one of my favorite among the other type of skirts i like…….
Hope you enjoy trying it, as i am dam sure you are going to. Let me know about the compliments you receive, which you’ll………..
Hoping for the best and will look forward for your response, comments, like, etc.
Love & regards,
